Chicago Cubs 2008

•This 2008 Chicago Cubs photo features an inside look of Wrigley Field taken just to the left of home plate. This is a prime example of why Wrigley Field is regarded, by many, as the best ballpark in the big leagues.

This piece of Wrigley Field art was taken during the 2008 Cubs baseball season in a home game against the Pittsburgh Pirates. It truly was a great day for a ballgame given the perfect weather and bright blue skies.

Black & White Aerial of Wrigley Field

This is one of my favorite Wrigley Field prints which gives the stadium a vintage, classic look. It is a real nice view of the entire ballpark from behind looking down on the front of the bleacher entrance.

Black and White aerial photography has become very popular among my work recently. I am not shooting just as much with black and white film as I do color.

The photo was taken from a small airplane during a sunny, summer day in which Cubs fans turned out to watch a great game

Check back soon for new Wrigley Field art taken from the 2008 season.

Wrigley Field at Dusk

This is a photo of Wrigley Field taken from a roof top building on Waveland Avenue.

The picture was during a night game as the lights shined bright on the diamond. The clouds in the sky look as if they were painted on. I am particular happy about the way the clouds formed and the colors involved. It truly is a unique view of Wrigley Field.

Dont forget you can also view more Wrigley Field art at my website.

Chicago Cubs, Wrigley Field Photos Video

This is a Chicago Cubs video that consists of Wrigley Field photographs that I have taken over the years.

The Wrigley field photos range in date from the early 1980's to 2007. In the video you will find an image of the Wrigley field marquee during the Chicago Cubs first night game on 8-8-88. You will also get a view inside the ballpark during an interleague game between the Chicago Cubs & New York Yankess.

These photos and more are all presented with an audio clip of the late Harry Caray singing the famous Cubs 7th inning stretch.

Panoramic of Wrigley Field

This panoramic photograph features an inside look of Wrigley Field from behind home plate. The essence of Wrigley Field really comes through in this fantastic view of the baseball diamond.

This Wrigley Field Print is one of my favorites and I was able to capture just about everything from inside the park with a wide angle.

The photo is a little dated because if you look close, Sammy Sosa is at bat. This shot also manages to capture the rooftop buildings on Waveland Avenue with the Budweiser and Sears signs on the tops of buildings Sphere: Related Content

Aerial photo of Wrigley Field

This is another one of my favorite Wrigley Field photos which reveals the ballpark from a "birds eye view".

This aerial picture was taken from a small airplane during a summer day in which Cubs fans turned out to watch a great game. My initial intention that day was to rent the plane in order to take aerial photos of the Chicago Skyline and Lakefront area.

However, since it was such a nice day out and I knew the Cubs were playing at home, I decided to head north to Wrigley Field. Out of the several aerial shots of the ballpark I took, this one seemed to capture the scene with the entire field, packed stadium, and front view of the Wrigley marquee.

To this day it is still my best aerial shot of Wrigley Field and one of my favorite Chicago Skyline art

Aerial of Wrigley Field with Chicago Skyline

This is one of my favorite Aerial Photos of Chicago. Being a fan of both the Cubs and city of Chicago, there is nothing better than to showcase both in one photograph.

The photo was taken about 5 years ago during a Cubs night game. Wrigley Field really stands out from high above the Northside area along with Clark Street set on a diagonal into the heart of the loop area. Chicago truly has one of the best skylines in the world.

In order to take this shot I had to rent out a small airplane and get a pilot to fly. As he made passes by Wrigley Field I would have to hold the window up yet at the same time hold my camera steady and focus on what I was trying to capture.

The city looks a lot different from high above. It is a sight that many Chicagoans will never be able to experience and I am fortunate to say that I have done it multiple times.

After seeing the amazing view from far above Wrigley Field, fly high with online betting and make extra cash before landing.

Cubs First Night Game 8-8-88

Since this is the first post on my Wrigley Field blog, what better way to start things than a photograph taken during the Cubs first name game at Wrigley Field.

This is a classic Wrigley Field photo taken before the start of the Chicago Cubs first night game which took place on 8/8/88. There was much controversy prior to this day whether or not the Chicago Cubs should install lights inside the stadium.

The photo was actually taken from the rooftop of the Cubby Bear Bar & Restaurant. The photo features the Cubs Marquee with the words, "WELCOME TO OPENING NIGHT".

Unfortunately I never got to see any of the game, but I will never forget that night after taking this photo.
